  • There are 2 options to book Ikigai Riverside Villa:

    • You can modify your reservation up to 15 days before your stay. Just email us at info@luxuryresort.ee  and we’ll find a suitable solution.

    • Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before your stay — please contact us at info@luxuryresort.ee

  • We offer a luxurious 30 m² mini villa designed especially for couples who appreciate nature, relaxation, and romance. The villa is located right on the seafront with panoramic views of Pärnu Bay and features a private spa area with a sauna and bathtub, a private hot tub on the terrace, a comfortable double bed, a wood-burning fireplace for added ambiance, a fully equipped kitchen, and custom-made furniture.

  • Guests are welcome to bring an infant up to 1 year old who is not yet walking. However, for safety reasons — including stairs, proximity to water, and steep slopes — we do not accommodate children. 

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests, pets are not allowed at the villa. We can recommend nearby pet boarding facilities if needed.

  • While we don’t have a traditional restaurant, we’ve made sure your day starts comfortably. In the fridge, you’ll find fresh eggs and oat milk. We also provide muesli, porridge flakes, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, and basic spices — perfect for a simple breakfast or light meal.

    The villa features a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, and on the terrace, a ceramic grill awaits, complete with charcoal and grilling utensils.

    If you prefer, you can also order food via the Bolt Food delivery app from selected restaurants in Pärnu.

    The nearest restaurant is open during the summer season and is located 2.5 km away (Pärnu Bay Golf Links).

  • Our guests can enjoy a calming and private spa experience on-site. The terrace features a relaxing hot tub that is available year-round — perfect for unwinding in any weather.

    Inside, you'll find the highly regarded HUUM sauna heater and SAUNUM ventilation system, allowing you to customize your sauna session. With the right combination of settings, these can create not only a traditional sauna but also a soothing sanarium or even a gentle steam room.     We have also prepared a selection of aromatic sauna oils for you — simply add them to the sauna water to help your body relax and your senses rejuvenate.

    The spa area also includes a cozy stone tub where you can refresh yourself during a sauna session or simply relax in warm water while enjoying a romantic sunset or a peaceful morning sea view.

    After your sauna session, you can take a dip in the sea to cool down — a truly revitalizing and refreshing way to complete your spa ritual. All together, it offers a peaceful haven that feels like your very own private nature retreat.

  • Yes, the villa offers free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

  • Nearby, you’ll find the renowned Pärnu Bay Golf Links, complete with a summer-season restaurant. Just outside the villa’s grounds, beautiful forest trails invite you to enjoy peaceful walks in nature. Since the villa is located directly on a sandy beach, it’s perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or even a bit of coastal fishing. You can also bring your own SUP board and head out straight from the shore to explore the scenic Reiu coastline.

    The Pärnu city border is only 5 minutes away by car, and the city center just 13 minutes — offering access to all the attractions and activities that Pärnu has to offer.

  • If you’d like to surprise your loved one for a special occasion (engagement, wedding, honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, etc.), please send us an email in advance at info@sunsetvilla.ee and share your ideas. We’ll do our very best to make your wish come true whenever possible.

  • Ikigai Riverside Villa is located approximately 10 minute drive (8km) from Pärnu town center.

  • Closest international airports are Tallinn airport (TLL) 143km and Riga airport (RIX) in Latvia, 190km.
    NB! Unfortunately we do not offer airport transfers.

  • Yes, we offer free on-site car parking for our guests. Speedboat parking is also available by the dock.

  • Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, but may incur additional fees. Early baggage drop-off is available on prior agreement with us.

  • For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and in the immediate surroundings (including terrace and villa perimeter) - violation incurs a €1000 fine.

  • Unfortunately our villa is not suitable for disabled people who use a wheelchair (steep riverbanks and lack of room inside the villa).

  • We are committed to sustainable tourism. Our villa is built using ecological building materials and use eco-friendly cleaning products, source local, organic produce whenever possible.

  • Each season offers a unique experience at Ikigai Riverside Villa. Summer (June-August) is perfect for outdoor activities, while winter (December-February) offers a magical snowy landscape. Spring and autumn are ideal for those seeking tranquility, cozyness and natural beauty.

  • We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for the season, walking shoes for nature trails, and swimwear for the sauna and jacuzzi and swimming in the river. Don't forget your camera to capture the memorable moments and the beautiful surroundings!

  • The town of Pärnu is just a 5-minute drive away, and the city center can be reached in about 13 minutes by car — offering easy access to everything the city has to offer, should you wish to explore.

  • The nearest international airports are Tallinn Airport (TLL) at 143 km, Tartu Airport (TAY) at 166 km, and Riga Airport (RIX) in Latvia at 181 km.

    Pärnu’s local airport (EPU), located 19.3 km away, can accommodate private aircraft landings.

    NB! We do not offer airport transfer services.

  • Yes, we offer free parking for our guests on the villa’s private gated property.

    An electric car charger is available in the villa’s parking area, and can be used via the following apps: SNABB, PARGI.EE, MOBILLY, PLUGFREE, or directly through the web app: https://plugfree.eu 

    Guests arriving by watercraft can anchor near the villa — for more information, please contact us at info@sunsetvilla.ee

  • Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.

    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and depending on availability. Please inquire in advance by email at info@luxuryresort.ee

  • For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the terrace — violations will result in a €500 fine.

    Smoking is allowed in the rest of the outdoor area, but please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated containers. Let’s keep nature clean!

  • Unfortunately, the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility, due to steep stairs, sloped terrain, and limited indoor space.
